1. Acceptance & Vault Access

By accessing the History In Rebellion Phygital Vault ("The Vault"), purchasing digital/physical assets, or interacting with our smart contracts, you enter into a legally binding agreement with JaxonGlobal Media LLC. Access to The Vault is a licensed privilege, not a transfer of ownership, and may be revoked for violations of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Generation

Proprietary Rights: All literary narratives, primary source annotations, custom typography, cinematic artwork, and battle reconstructions (the "Content") are the exclusive property of JaxonGlobal Media LLC.

AI Synergism: Certain Vault assets utilize advanced AI, including language models and generative neural networks, fine-tuned by JaxonGlobal Media LLC to reconstruct lost historical perspectives. You acknowledge and accept that while deeply researched, these elements are creative interpretations. The underlying IP logic, prompts, and custom trained models remain proprietary trade secrets of JaxonGlobal Media LLC.

3. Web3 & Digital Collectibles (NFTs)

Assumption of Risk: The Vault utilizes blockchain technology (via Thirdweb on the Polygon network) to authenticate physical artifacts via digital tokens (NFTs). You acknowledge that cryptographic assets are highly volatile and experimental. JaxonGlobal Media LLC makes no promises regarding future value, utility, or secondary market liquidity.

Smart Contract Execution: Transactions initiated via our Vault UI are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the custody of your cryptographic wallet and private keys. We are not liable for lost assets due to phishing, wallet compromise, or network congestion.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaxonGlobal Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, resulting from your access to or inability to access The Vault.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State functioning as the primary operating jurisdiction for JaxonGlobal Media LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters relating to intellectual property infringement which may seek immediate injunctive relief.
