We operate a minimal-data ecosystem. When you interact with The Vault, we collect:

• Identity & Fulfillment: Email addresses and transactional data processed via Square for access provisioning into our CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Web3 Infrastructure: Cryptographic wallet addresses (e.g., Ethereum/Polygon) used to mint or authenticate physical artifacts via Thirdweb. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
• Telemetry: Aggregated, anonymized interaction metrics to refine our AI and platform stability.

2. Blockchain Transparency

Due to the inherent public nature of distributed ledgers, interactions with our smart contracts (such as claiming a digital certificate of authenticity) result in public wallet addresses and transaction hashes being permanently recorded on the blockchain network. This data is not controlled by JaxonGlobal Media LLC and cannot be deleted.

3. CRM & Third-Party Processors

We never sell, broker, or trade your personal intelligence.

We utilize enterprise infrastructure partners strictly for service delivery. This includes GoHighLevel (Lead Commander) for secure access provisioning and Square for PCI-compliant payment routing. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality protocols and process data solely on our instructions.

4. Security Posture

We deploy military-grade encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Access to the Vault's administrative matrix is strictly gated. However, no digital transmission is mathematically infallible. Users entrust their data at their own risk.

5. Your Rights
